I've always been a fan of Paul's technique & style. He takes you through a tour of the "the most Rock & Roll elements" of the songs from his album "Get Out Of My Yard". Each song offers an opportunity to learn a different technique and/or style that I've been able to adapt to my own playing style and I'm very happy to have this opportunity to learn directly from the artist and his insight - rather than someone else who just teaches you how to play one of his songs. There's even an appendix section in which Paul demonstrates training/practice advice. There are even many live performances at the end of the disk. The only way this could've been better is if it came with documentation for the guitar work... But you might not always have TAB to read when learning personally from another guitarist either. Paul seems to be equally personable as he is skillful at playing the guitar. I've watched the DVD many, many times; And I watch every time I need an inspirational boost. Worth adding to the library!
