The zen of singing.... and intro to screaming

About 90% of this dvd is for singing.... not screaming. The title is very misleading, because it focuses mostly on singing. But it provided very good exercises to help you improve your singing voice. As for screaming, I am gonna have to buy Part 2.

I noticed after shows that my voice was demolished. I tried everything: hot tea, honey, throat-ez, & more. One of my friends heard about this dvd/cd & told me about it. I figured, why not? This DVD saved my voice! I went from Hoarse after EVERY show to %98 normal after every show! The warm-ups seem a little silly @ first but you'll get over that if you can get over yourself!

So I got this not really wanting to learn how to scream, I just wanted some gruffness to my voice. The video starts out showing you breathing techniques and iat first I was skeptical if this would actually work. Well it does. it works GREAT!. I'm so happy with my voice now. The teacher, Melissa Cross, is great. She is So much fun and she knows what shes talking about. Definalty buy this is if you want a good vocal routine.
