This book/DVD ROM is an excellent source if you're trying to learn to read music and get some basic understanding of music. The best thing about this method is that the DVD is like having a guitar instructor in your bedroom that you can reference anytime. Buy this method. It's the best of it's kind. Way better than the Mel Bay modern methods.
