This is a great DVD to get your feet wet learning the bass. Very informative, but not very deep, just enough to get you started. It comes with a little booklet that has the fret board mapped out for you and some music sheets, so if you play guitar or piano it makes it a little easier to understand the DVD.

This is a good intro to the bass guitar. I wish the camera was looking at the fretboard from the players perspective. Overall, very good.
