This DVD sure has taught me alot. He shows a lot of the rudiments and how to mix them with others, shows great speed exercises to get faster, gives you great practice tips, and demonstrates cool stick tricks. The only problem I had was some of the stuff he does he needs to demonstrate a little slower. Other than it will teach you a lot wether your real good or not.
