This video is amazing!!! I bought it to get some help for my bass drum texhnique and its definitely worth every penny. Mr Lang gets very in depth in this 7 hour, 3 disc set showing every nook and cranny of all the excersises on this video, starting with excersises that build up both feet to an equal level of playing ability, going through sixteenth note phrases and 32 note phrases and in to linear rhythmic phrases and odd meter stuff and if that's not enough it comes with .pdf files for you to download on to your computer and print off for easy access later on. This dvd also includes a lot of bonus material like mr. lang's thoughts on stuff like seat height, grip, practice tips, and he even gives you a tour of his x-ray and v-drum kits. Its an amazing video you won't regret buying...plus its cool getting to see him play improvised solos, many of his own material, and at a namm convention ... Buy the dvd you will not be sorry
