Thomas Lang's Creative Coordination and Advanced Foot Technique is a must have for any serious drummer who wants to become a master. It comes fully loaded. There are tons of exercises that he goes through with you, his Matrix, which is an efficiant and effective way to practice. If you get that down, or even part of it down, your playing will greatly improve. I warn you that some of the stuff Thomas goes through is among the most advanced playing that's out there. But you still can learn stuff from everything he plays. With TIME you'll master it. There are a lot of great songs that are showcased to exercises that you practiced. I'm a heavy metal drummer with a set almost as big as Thomas Lang's, but you can still play most of the stuff he shows you with a small kit (although some things do require at least 4 pedals). This DVD set is well worth the money, and I paid a little extra and got the package that comes with the book. The DVD's do come with PDF's of the exersizes and songs, but not always can you use your computer. All in all a great buy, you won't regret it (although once watching it, you might decide to expand your drumset with more high-hats, pedals, and perhaps look into electronics).
