I was looking for something to start me off with my new drum kit. I got it together but had no idea how to proprerly set it up and adjust it. This is the video you need. Everything for set up from tuning to adjustment and placement is here in a usable manner and presentation.

This video should be in the box with every new drum kit. Worth way more than what it cost.

Both these videos are world class. Amazing instructional material. But take my advice and get the Groove Essentials Play along BOOK too. It has all the music from the DVD minus the drums so you can play all the songs yourself. It'll keep you busy for years!

Getting started is for beginners but Groove Essentials is for all levels. It's the best DVD ever made to learn how to play in bands, which is what I want to do. I learned so many styles I couldn't play before. Tommy Igoe is the best instructor I've ever seen on DVD and I own so many DVD's. The guy is funny and great.
