This is a great package. It's like having your own virtual drum instructor in your living room. The amount of knowledge in this package would cover years of private drum lessons. And it's all there for you to use immediately. All it takes is your own dedication and practice to unleash the awesome grooves with your own hands. I am very satisfied and will be purchasing the second "Groove Essentials" as soon as possible.

this is the combination DVD and Book from Igoe's famed Groove Essentials series. The play along is simply the best book ever produced. I can't even get into it all but if you don't buy this book, you aren't serious about your drumming. It's also entertaining with Igoe's dry humor throughout the book. Hysterically funny inside musician jokes sprinkled throughout. Get it and lock yourself in with your drums for a long long time, you won't be sorry.
