I have found a much better product for learning guitar, that will help you if you are beginner because it breaks down everything step by step, and will help you in guitar theory so you know where to and how to solo and bust out an awesome lick that goes with the backing track or the rest of the band. I highly suggest it.

I've played Guitar Hero since it came out and I play all songs on expert. I've also owned a guitar, but could never put 2+2 together. I picked Gamers To Players up at Guitar Center, and it made a huge connection between playing Guitar Hero and playing the guitar! Just watching the video once gave me enough information to help me explore the guitar better. Every trick that you can do on Guitar Hero... Power Chords, Hammer Ons, Pull Offs, Whammy Bar... is easily transferred to guitar. The on screen tuner is a big help. The lessons are awesome. The easy lessons are truly easy and the expert lessons are insane. They will keep me busy for a long time. I used to get harassed by my guitarist friends for being a Guitar Hero geek. Now I can play both (better than them). This DVD is brilliant.
