I rarely write up a review on items... but my feelings on this is I definately think you can learn stuff from this video however I dont think Curt Mitchell is the best teacher. He stutters his words alot and several times it seemed he wasn't sure how to go about explaining certain topics. I also own a video from Don Latarski about Music Theory and he is an excellent teacher and gets the point across in a clear manner.
