at first i hesitated to buy this because it had no reviews but i figured that some1 has to be the first and i began to watch this and the intructer does not speed through the lessons this was something i liked and u can see every detail this is a high resolution video which i was suprised to find out and the lessons go from lower difficutly to greater difficulty and starts out with a tapping exercise any one can find helpful ok if that was not enough just buy this product
