David friggin' Ellefon. Do I really need to say more? The main reason I got this is because I absolutely LOVE Megadeth, old and new. I'm actually listening to Megadeth as I write this review (Symphony of Destruction, just so you know). This DVD teaches you how to hold a pick, and whole, half, quarter, eighth, and sixteenth notes. It has the A major scale and the C minor scale, there's muting, this cool thing called the gallop, it's a perfect DVD for those who aspire to play the metal bass guitar. BUY IT NOW!!

Bought this to try it out. If you want to play metal bass, have a little bass knowledge but all the books you have are filled with lines that just don't sound like what you want, buy this dvd. One of metal's greats cuts to the chase and in 30 minutes you are jamming to your favorite metal bands.
